Age Error

This error occurs because the age registered on your account does not match the age stored by your activity provider.

Why does this happen?

When you first registered, your age was copied to the activity provider's contact list. If you later changed your age on your account, this change is not automatically updated at the provider. The provider still has the original age you entered during registration.

How to fix it

Contact your activity provider and let them know you are getting an age-related error. The provider can then update your age in their contact list, which will resolve the issue.
